Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Every Seconds is a lightweight, developer-focused cron job scheduler that allows you to automate HTTP requests using seconds-based intervals.
These Terms explain how the service works, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. We aim to keep this straightforward and transparent.
1. Who We Are
Every Seconds is an independently operated software service. Our focus is reliability, simplicity, and developer experience. If you ever need help, you can reach us at support@everyseconds.com .
2. What This Service Does
We provide cloud-based scheduling that triggers HTTP requests at configurable intervals, including seconds-based timing. We do not host your applications and we do not control the endpoints you configure.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the URLs and servers you schedule.
- You must ensure your scheduled jobs comply with applicable laws.
- You may not use this service for spam, scraping abuse, DDoS attacks, or malicious automation.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Fair Usage & Platform Protection
To maintain reliability for all users, we may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that generate excessive traffic, abuse the platform, or attempt to disrupt the system. These decisions are made to protect overall service stability.
5. Pricing (Currently Free)
Every Seconds is currently provided free of charge.
In the future, we may introduce paid plans or usage-based pricing to support infrastructure and ongoing development. If that happens, we will provide clear notice before any billing begins, and you will have the option to continue or discontinue use.
There are no hidden fees.
6. Service Availability
We do our best to keep the platform stable and available at all times. We actively monitor the system and work to minimize downtime.
However, like all internet-based services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or unexpected disruptions may occasionally occur.
If a significant issue arises, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including data loss, missed job executions, delayed requests, or business interruption.
You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, retries, and redundancy if your systems depend on scheduled jobs.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
